SUBJECT: PARCEL MAP WAIVER TO MERGE CITY PROPERTY APN 627-092-045 WITH
44-889 LAS PALMAS AVENUE(COHN).
On April 23, 2009 the City Council authorized the City Manager to execute a Purchase and Sale
Agreement and all documents related to the even exchange of City owned vacant lot APN
627-092-045 for a portion of 44-889 Las Palmas Avenue (Cohn).
To complete this transaction, it is necessary to merge APN 627-092-045 with the remainder of
the COHN property at 44-889 Las Palmas Avenue. Attached for your review is the application
for Parcel Map Waiver that has been signed by the Cohns.
If you concur, please approve the attached proposal.
