DESERT REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, Applicant
Request for approval of an amendment to Planning
Commission Resolution No. 2089 removing portions of
Department of Public Works Condition Nos. 3 and 9
referencing a proposed traffic signal at EI Paseo and
Painters Path requiring a $150,000 fee in lieu of
construction.
