Case No. PP/CUP 06-03 — GERALD FORD BUSINESS PARK, LLC, Applicant Request for approval of a two-year time extension for a Precise Plan / Conditional Use Permit to construct a 100,500 square foot business park at 75-300 Gerald Ford Drive. This POSTED AGENDA PALM DESERT PLANNING COMMISSION MAY 4, 2010 would extend PP/CUP 06-03 to August 24, 2012 to correspond with the expiration of TPM 34437, which was extended two years by AB 333.
