On July 15, 2011, the California State Assembly and Governor Brown signed into law AB 208 thereby granting a two-year extension to all tentative tract map and parcel maps. The attached list is a list of all maps that are and will be affected by AB 208. Recommended Action: Commissioner ______ moved and Commissioner ______ seconded approval of the Consent Calendar items.
