There being no one, the public testimony wac. c IOsec. Commissioner Whitlock asked if the parcel was within the moratorium. Mr . Dia repiied nc. Mr . Commission Down. stated that he was in favor of the proposed project and noted that developments by Mr . Roberts in the past have been well done. He indicated that Mr. Lloyd's property was substantially higher and noted that maximum size, of the houses were 18 feet. MR. GENE KISS, 73-270 Riata Trail , asked for and received clarification on the pad levels, easements, and drainage. Chairman Erwood closed the public_ testimony. Chairman Erwood noted that in study session it was the consensu,, of the commission to ask city council to review the Shadow Mountain cooperative matter. Action: Moved by Commissioner Richards, seconded by Commissioner Downs, referring the Shadow Mountain cooperative matter to the city council for review. Carried 3-0- 1 (Commissioner Whitlock abstained) . B. Commissioner Downs asked for clarification regarding the number of school hours massage personnel were required to have. Mr. Erwin explained that when the matter was under study, it was noted that the number of school hours varied from between. 500 hours and 2000 hours.
