Subject: Consideration of Recommending to the City Council a One-Year Time
Extension for a Housing Development on Country Club Drive
The Planning Commission of the City of Palm Desert considered your request and took
the following action at its regular meeting of June 5, 2018:
The Planning Commission, By Minute Motion, recommended approval to
the City Council a one-year time extension (until May 17, 2019) for Case
Nos. PP/CUP 16-102. Motion carried by a 3-0-2 vote with Commissioners
DeLuna and Greenwood ABSENT.
Any appeal of the above action may be made in writing to the City Clerk, City of Palm
Desert, within fifteen (15) days of the date of the decision.
