Subject: Consideration of a Specific Plan, a Mitigated Negative Declaration, and
Tentative Parcel Map 37234 for a Multi-use Development
The Planning Commission of the City of Palm Desert considered your request and took
the following action at its regular meeting of August 7, 2018:
The Planning Commission, by Minute Motion, continued the public hearing
for Case Nos. SP 16-342 and TPM 37234 to September 18, 2018. Motion
carried by a 4-0-1 vote with Commissioner Greenwood ABSTAINING.
Any appeal of the above action may be made in writing to the City Clerk, City of Palm
Desert, within fifteen (15) days of the date of the decision.
