A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF PALM DESERT, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISH-
ING THAT THE COOK STREET WASTEWATER COLLECTION
LINE PROPOSED TO BE CONSTRUCTED BY THE COACHELLA
VALLEY COUNTY WATER DISTRICT IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH
THE ADOPTED AND PROPOSED PALM DESERT GENERAL PLAN
WHEREAS, Sections 65401 and 65402(a) of the Government
Code of the State of California require that a list of the
proposed public works for the ensuing fiscal year shall be
submitted to the City Planning Agency for review and report
to said official agency as to conformity with the adopted
General Plan or part thereof, and;
WHEREAS, said projects have been reviewed and have been
found to be in conformance to the adopted and proposed Palm
Desert General Plan;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission
of the City of Palm Desert as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct and
constitute the findings of the commission in this case.
2. That it does hereby establish that the Cook Street
Wastewater Collection Line proposed to be constructed by the
Coachella Valley County Water District is in compliance with
the adopted and proposed Palm Desert General Plan.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Palm Desert Planning Commission held on the 13th day of January
1975, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: MULLINS, SEIDLER, VAN DE MARK, WILSON
NOES: NONE
ABSENT: NONE
ABSTAIN: NONE
