HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes No 037PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 37 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PALM DESERT, CALIFORNIA APPROVING THE USE OF A MOBILE SALES OFFICE WITHIN A MOBILE HOME SALES LOT LOCATED AT 72-255 HIGHWAY 111. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did receive a verified application requesting this use, and; WHEREAS, the case is a permitted use if approved by a special review procedure, and; WHEREAS, the use is in conformance with all other City Ordinances, and; WHEREAS, the use will have no adverse effects on sur- rounding development. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did thoroughly review this matter at a regular meeting. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City of Palm Desert to approve this request subject to the attached conditions. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Palm Desert held on February 18, 1975 by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Mullins, Seidler, Van de Mark NOES: ABSENT: Berkey, Wilson 1 / ; HAIRMAN ABSTAIN: ATTEST: PAUL A. WILLIAMS, SECRETARY PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION No. 37 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL Case #7C 1. The development of this project shall conform to all development plans submitted in behalf of this case and as according to ARB action. 2. All requirements of any law, ordinance, or regulation of the State, City or applicable government entity shall be complied with as part of the development process. 3. Use of facility shall be limited to the sales and display of mobile home accessories as an accessory use to sales of mobile homes conducted on premises. 4. The legal, but non -conforming signs located on the premises of the sales lot be removed by July of 1977, unless an extension is approved by the Planning Commission.
