HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes No 157Sloe woe PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 157 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PALM DESERT, CALIFORNIA, ANNOUNCING FINDINGS THAT A PRO- POSED GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT ON THE NORTH SIDE OF COUNTRY CLUB, WEST OF WASHINGTON STREET IS CONSISTENT WITH THE ADOPTED PALM DESERT GENERAL PLAN. CASE NO. GPA-60-756-CC-8 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Palm Desert did receive a request for comment from the Riverside County Planning Office, for a General Plan Amendment on property located and situated in the Bermuda Dunes Area to allow for the change from Very Low Density Residential to Industrial Park, on property described as: The east z of the east 2 of the southeast 4 of Section 2, T.5S, R.6E WHEREAS, on June 29, 1976, the Planning Commission did consider this request; and, WHEREAS, at that time, upon considering the request, said Commission did find that said General Plan Amendment to be in conformance with the adopted Palm Desert General Plan. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City of Palm Desert, as follows: 1. That the above recitations are true and correct and constitute the findings of the Commission in this case. 2. That it does hereby advise the Planning Commission of Riverside County that GPA-60-756-CC-8 does conform to the adopted Palm Desert General Plan. PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Palm Desert, California, held on the 29th day of June, 1976, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: BERKEY, KELLY, MILLS, VAN DE MARK, WILSON NOES: NONE ABSENT: NONE ABSTAIN: NONE ATTEST: PAUL A.
