HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes No 166PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 166 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PALM DESERT, CALIFORNIA, FINDING THAT THE PROJECTS PROPOSED TO BE CONSTRUCTED BY THE COACHELLA VALLEY COUNTY WATER DISTRICT ARE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE ADOPTED PALM DESERT GENERAL PLAN. WHEREAS, Sections 65401 and 65402 (a) of the Government Code of the State of California require that proposed public works shall be submitted to the City Planning Agency for review and report to said official agency as to conformity with the adopted General Plan or part thereof; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received a notice that the Coachella Valley County Water District proposes construction of 1,400 feet of domestic water line on Desert Lily Drive between Grapevine Street and Goldflower Street; and, WHEREAS, said projects have been reviewed and have been found to be in conformance to the adopted Palm Desert General Plan, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City of Palm Desert as follows: 1. That the above recitations are true and correct and constitute the findings of the Commission in this case. 2. That it does hereby find that the attached list of projects proposed to be constructed by the Coachella Valley County Water District are in compliance with the adopted Palm Desert General Plan. PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Palm Desert Planning Commission held on the l7th day of August, 1976, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: BERKEY, KELLY, VAN DE MARK, WILSON NOES: NONE ABSENT: MILLS ABSTAIN: NONE PAUL A. WILLIAMS, SECRETARY ROY J SON, CHA J r MAN
