HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes No 590PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 590 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PALM DESERT, CALIFORNIA, ANNOUNCING FINDINGS AND APPROVING THE DESIGN REVIEW BOARD ACTION AT THEIR MEETING OF APRIL 8, 1980. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Palm Desert, California, did review the Design Review Board actions of April 8, 1980, approving: Case No. 203 MF - Preliminary plans for 116 unit condominium project on the south side of Country Club Drive, approximately 2000 feet east of Monterey Avenue for MACK DEVELOPMENT AND INVESTMENT COMPANY. Case No. 204 MF - Revised preliminary plans for 156 unit condominium project at the northeast corner of Hovley Lane and Cook Street for J. M. PETERS COMPANY. WHEREAS, at this time, upon receiving and considering all testimony and arguments, if any, of all interested persons desiring to be heard, said Commission did find sufficient facts and reasons to exist to approve the Design Review Board action of April 8, 1980. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City of Palm Desert, California, as follows: 1. That the above recitations are true and correct and constitute the findings of the Commission in these cases; 2. That it does hereby approve the Design Review Board actions of April 8, 1980, except that on Case No. 204 MF the Via Cinta opening shall be a secondary access. PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Palm Desert Planning Commission, held on this 16th day of April, 1980, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: NOES: ABSENT: ABSTAIN: BERKEY, KRYDER, MILLER, MCLACHLAN, SNYDER NONE NONE NONE -6HARLEILLE, VICE CHAIRMAN ATTEST: PAUL A.
