A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PALM
DESERT, CALIFORNIA, ANNOUNCING FINDINGS AND APPROVING THE
DESIGN REVIEW BOARD ACTION AT THEIR MEETING OF JUNE 10, 1980.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Palm Desert, California,
did review the Design Review Board actions of June 10, 1980, approving:
Case No. 210 MF - Preliminary plans for 47 unit condominium project on
the north side of Hovley Lane, approximately 2,250
feet east of Monterey Avenue for KAUFMAN AND BROAD.
Case No. 132 C - Preliminary plans for two-story bank on the south side
of Highway 111, approximately 250 feet east of Sage
Lane for the BANK OF INDIO.
Case No. 211 MF - Preliminary and final plans for duplex at the southeast
corner of Royal Palm Drive and Las Palmas Avenue for
JOHN MANDIC.
WHEREAS, at this time, upon receiving and considering all testimony and
arguments, if any, of all interested persons desiring to be heard, said Commission
did find sufficient facts and reasons to exist to approve the Design Review Board
action of June 10, 1980.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City of
Palm Desert, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct and constitute the
findings of the Commission in these cases;
2. That it does hereby approve the Design Review Board actions of
June 10, 1980.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Palm Desert
Planning Commission, held on this 18th day of June, 1980, by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES: Berkey, Kryder, McLachlan, Richards
NOES: None
ABSENT: Miller
ABSTAIN: None
