HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes No 684PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 684 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PALM DESERT, CALIFORNIA, ANNOUNCING FINDINGS AND APPROVING THE DESIGN REVIEW BOARD ACTION AT THEIR MEETING OF JANUARY 27, 1981. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Palm Desert, California, did review the Design Review Board actions of January 27, 1981, approving: CASE NO. 140 C - Preliminary plans for Savings and Loan Building in the C-1, S.P. zone located at the southeast corner of Highway 74 and El Paseo, for FIDELITY FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN. CASE NO. 141 C - Preliminary plans for Restaurant in the PC (4) S.P. zone located in Las Sombras Village on land bounded by Highway 111, 44th Avenue and Painters Path, for MJL CORPORATION and SAN MIGUEL EQUITIES, INC. CASE NO. 220MF - Preliminary plans for two single family residences on a lot in the R-3 (4) zone located on the north side of Alessandro Drive, approximately 140 feet east of Cabrillo Avenue, for TAMARISK SPRINGS DEVELOP- MENT COMPANY. WHEREAS, at this time, upon receiving and considering all testimony and arguments, if any, of all interested persons desiring to be heard, said Commission did find sufficient facts and reasons to exist to approve the Design Review Board action of January 27, 1981. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City of Palm Desert, California, as follows: 1. That the above recitations are true and correct and constitute the findings of the Commission in these cases; 2. That it does hereby approve the Design Review Board actions of January 27, 1981. PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Palm Desert Planning Commission, held on this 3rd day of February, 1981, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: BERKEY, KRYDER, MCLACHLAN, RICHARDS NOES: NONE ABSENT: MILLER ABSTAIN: NONE CHAR`tS MILLER, Chairman ATTEST: RAMON A.
