HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes No 1135PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION N0. 1135 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PALM DESERT, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A TENTATIVE TRACT MAP MERGING TWO LOTS FOR CONDOMINIUM PURPOSE FOR AN APPROVED INDUSTRIAL/ OFFICE PROJECT LOCATED ON 1.1 ACRES ON THE WEST SIDE OF CORPORATE WAY, 261 FEET SOUTH OF HOVLEY LANE. CASE N0: TT 21493 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Palm Desert, California did on the 1st day of April, 1986, hold a duly noticed public hearing to consider a request by WILLOW INDUSTRIAL II for approval of a tentative tract map merging two lots for condominium purposes located on the west side of Corporate Way, 261 feet south of Hovley Lane. WHEREAS, said application has complied with the requirements of the "City of Palm Desert Procedures for Implementation of the California Environmental Quality Act, Resolution No. 80-89", in that the project has been previously assessed and a negative declaration has been approved. WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all testimony and arguments of all interested persons desiring to be heard, said commission did find the following facts and reasons to justify their actions. 1. The proposed map, it's design, improvements, type of development and density are consistent with the State Subdivision Map Act, the Palm Desert Subdivision, Zoning Ordinance and General Plan. 2. The design of the subdivision insures that the project will not result in environmental damage, injure fish or wildlife, degrade water quality or create public health problems. 3. The map will not conflict with public easements. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City of Palm Desert, California, as follows. 1. That the above recitations are true and correct and constitute the findings of the commission in this case. 2. That TT 21493 is hereby approved. PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1135, PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Palm Desert Planning Commission, held on this 1st day of April, 1986 by the following vote, to wit: AYES: DOWNS, ERWOOD, RICHARDS, WOOD & CRITES NOES: NONE ABSENT: NONE ABSTAIN: NONE ATTEST: RAMON A.
