DENYING A PRECISE PLAN OF DESIGN FOR A PROPOSED 9 UNIT OFFICE BUILDING IN THE O.P. ZONE ON THE WEST SIDE OF MONTEREY AVENUE 250 FEET SOUTH OF SONORA DRIVE (VACATED). CASE NO: PP 87-10 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Palm Desert, California, did on the 21st day of April, 1987 hold a duly noticed public hearing to consider the request of MIRALESTE INVESTMENT COMPANY for approval of a precise plan of design and negative declaration of environmental impact for a 9 unit office complex on property located on the west side of Monterey Avenue, 250 feet south of Sonora Drive (vacated) more particularly described as: APN 640-135-013 WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all testimony and arguments of all interested persons desiring to be heard, said commission did find the following facts and reasons to exist to justify the denial of said precise plan of design: 1. The design of the precise plan did not fully comply with zoning ordinance provisions specifically relating to width of access driveways. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City of Palm Desert, California, as follows: 1. That the above recitations are true and correct and constitute the findings of the commission in this case. 2. That Precise Plan 87-10 is hereby denied for reasons. PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1225 PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Palm Desert Planning Commission, held on this 19th day of May, 1987, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: DOWNS, LADLOW, WHITLOCK, AND RICHARDS NOES: NONE ABSENT: ERWOOD ABSTAIN: NONE ATTEST,..
