A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF PALM DESERT, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A
THREE LOT TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP CREATING TWO
COMMERCIAL PARCR S AND ONE OPEN SPACE PARoi, WEST
OF PAINTERS PATH AND NORTHWEST OF THE PALM VALLEY
STORM CHANNEL.
CASE NO. PM 24090
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Palm Desert, California,
did on the 20th day of February, 1990, hold a duly noticed public hearing to
consider the request of AHMANSON COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT COMPANY for approval of
a three lot tentative parcel map creating two commercial parcels and one open
space parcel west of painters path and northwest of the palm valley storm
channel; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all
testimony and arguments, if any, of all interested persons desiring to be
heard, said planning commission did find the following facts and reasons to
exist to justify recatmending approval of the parcel map:
1. The parcel map implements provisions of the Ahmanson Commercial
Development Agreement.
2. The parcel map is consistent and implements the requirements of the
City of Palm Desert Subdivision Ordinance, State Map Act and
conditions of approval for the precise plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City of
Palm Desert, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct and constitute the
findings of the commission in this case.
2. That it does hereby approve the above described Tentative Parcel Map
No. 24090, subject to the attached conditions.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Palm Desert
Planning Commission, held on this 20th day of February, 1990, by the following
vote, to wit:

OICITICIIS OF APPROVAL
CASE NO. PM 24090
Department of Public Works:
1. All applicable provisions, conditions and requirements contained within
that certain development agreement by and between the City of Palm Desert
and Ahmanson Commercial Development Company as approved by the city
council on December 14, 1989 as Ordinance 590 shall be considered as
conditions of approval for this map.
