A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF PALM DESERT, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A ONE
LOT SUBDIVISION DEFINING A 12.2 ACRE PARMi AT
THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF EL PASEO AND HIGHWAY 111.
CASE NO. PM 25875
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Palm Desert, California,
did on the 2Oth day of February, 1990, hold a duly noticed public hearing to
consider the request of AHMANSON COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT COMPANY for approval of
a one lot subdivision defining a 12.2 acre parcel at the southwest corner of El
Paseo and Highway 111; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all
testimony and arguments, if any, of all interested persons desiring to be
heard, said planning commission did find the following facts and reasons to
exist to justify recommending approval of the parcel map:
1. The parcel map implements provisions of the Ahmanson Commercial
Development Agreement.
2. The parcel map is consistent and implements the requirements of the
City of Palm Desert Subdivision Ordinance, State Map Act and
conditions of approval for the precise plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City of
Palm Desert, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct and constitute the
findings of the commission in this case.
2. That it does hereby approve the above described Tentative Parcel Map
No. 25875, subject to the attached conditions.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Palm Desert
Planning Commission, held on this 20th day of February, 1990, by the following
vote, to wit:

CASE NO. PM 25875
Department of Public Works:
1. A11 applicable provisions, conditions and requirements contained within
that certain development agreement by and between the City of Palm Desert
and Ahmanson Commercial Development Company as approved by the city
council on December 14, 1989 as Ordinance 590 shall be considered as
conditions of approval for this map.
2. Applicant shall offer dedication on the parcel map half street right-of-
way 40 feet on Painters Path.
