HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes No 1595PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1595 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PALM DESERT, CALIFORNIA, SETTING FORTH ITS FINDINGS AND APPROVING A ONE LOT PARCEL MAP TO FACILITATE SUBDIVISION OF EXISTING BUILDING SPACE ON SPRINGFIELD LANE, 525 FEET EAST OF PARK CENTER DRIVE IN THE COUNTRY CLUB BUSINESS PARK. CASE NO. PM 27666 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Palm Desert, California, did on the 1st day of December, 1992, hold a duly noticed public hearing to consider the request of IW-8, IW-9 c/o PACIFIC ENGINEERING as described above; and WHEREAS, said application has complied with the requirements of the "City of Palm Desert Procedure for Implementation of the California Environmental Quality Act, Resolution No. 80-89," in that the director of community development has determined that the project is a Class One categorical exemption; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City of Palm Desert, California, as follows: 1. That the above recitations are true and correct and constitute the findings of the commission in this case; 2. That it does hereby approve the above described Tentative Parcel Map No. 27666. PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Palm Desert Planning Commission, held on this 1st day of December, 1992, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: COX, JONATHAN, WHITE, WHITLOCK, SPIEGEL NOES: NONE ABSENT: NONE ABSTAIN: NONE ROBERT A.
