CASE NO. PP/CUP 98-19 AMENDMENT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Palm Desert, California, did on the 28th day of

Club Drive, 340 feet west of Washington Street; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Palm Desert, California, did on the 17th
day of August, 1999, hold a duly noticed public hearing to consider amendment to the master
plan of development; and
WHEREAS, Select Properties Inc. has requested amendment to the master plan to delete
the mini storage facility from the master plan, Lot 10; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all testimony and
arguments, if any, of all interested persons desiring to be heard, said Planning Commission did
find the following facts and reasons to exist to justify its actions, as described below:

1. That the above recitations are true and correct and constitute the findings of the
Commission in this case.
