BOLMEIER & JENS HARBOE, APPLICANTS Request for approval of a Tentative Parcel Map to subdivide a 2.64 acre parcel into one lot of 2.04 acres and one lot of 0,6 acres, on property in the C-1 Zone District located at the southwest corner of fl Paseo and Lantana. ZOA 01-77, CITY OF PALM DESERT APPLICANT Request to amend Article 41 of Chapter 25 of the Palm Desert Municipal Code (The Zoning Ordinance) regulating the procedures for the implemen- tation of the Environmental Quality Act of 1970, in order to bring the Article into conformance with recent changes adopted by the California Secretary of Resources. Recommendation: Recommend adoption of said changes to the City Council by Planning Commission Resolution No. 213 . Action: Motion by Reading, seconded by Mills, approving Reso. #213. Action: Motion by Mills, seconded by Reading, to approve Reso. #214. Vote: 5-0 IX. DESIGN REVIEW BOARD ITEMS A. Review of Cases approved at the Des�gn Review Board meeting of January 11, 1977 and January 19, 1977. Recommendation: Approve by Planning Commission Resolution No. 215 . Action: Motion by Kelly, seconded by Mills, to approve Reso. #215. (Cases 46C, 22SA, 53MF, and 54MF. X.
