Staff Recommendation: Approve by Planning Commission Resolution No. 257 ,
subject to compliance to conditions.

F. CASE N0. TT 5565, SILVER SPUR ASSOCIATES, APPLICANT
Upon considering a Tentative Tract for a single-story, 217-unit condominium
development on approximately 62 acres of land located southerly of and west-
erly of Irontree (private street) Drive and being a portion of the Ironwood
Country Club in the PR-7 Zone Distric�t, the Land Divsion Committee recommended
that the case be continued to the August 2, 1977 Planning Commission meeting
so that the applicant could address the concerns expressed by the City Engineer
and City Fire Marshal (See attached letters) .
Staff Recommendation: Continue subject case to August 2, 1977.
Action: Continued t,o meeting af August 2, 1977. Motion by Snyder, seconded
by Kryder. Motion carried 5-0.

A. REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY REFERRAL CASE N0. RPA 03-77, C. G. DUNHAM, APPLICANT
Consideration of a Redevelopment Plan Amendment to change the Land Use
Designation from Medium Density Residential - 1 (maximum of seven units
per net acre) to Core Area Commercial for approximately 1.5 acres located
southerly of and adjacent to E1 Paseo between Lupine Lane and Sun Lodge
Lane.
Staff Recommendation: By Planning Commission Resolution No. 260 � forward
a finding to the City Council that said request is
in conformance with the City's adopted General Plan.
Action: Motion by Reading, seconded by Kelly to approve Resolution
No. 260, motion carried 5-0.
B. COUNTY REFERRAL CASE N0. GPA-80
Consideration of Proposed General Plan Amendments referred to the City.
Staff Recommendation: By Minute Motion, direct the Secretary to forward
a recommendation to the City Council that they
notify the Coun}y Board of Supervisors that Palm
Desert has no comments on either the G.P.A. or
related EIR.
