OLD BUSINESS A. REVIEW OF MASTER CALENDAR FOR THE C.O.D. SPECIFIC PLAN VIII. NEW BUSINESS A. REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY REFERRAL CASE N0. RPA 03-77, C. G. DUNHAM, APPLICANT Consideration of a Redevelopment Plan Amendment to change the Land Use Designation from Medium Density Residential - 1 (maximum of seven units per net acre) to Core Area Commercial for approximately 1.5 acres located southerly of and adjacent to E1 Paseo between Lupine Lane and Sun Lodge Lane. Staff Recommendation: By Planning Commission Resolution No. 260 � forward a finding to the City Council that said request is in conformance with the City's adopted General Plan. Action: Motion by Reading, seconded by Kelly to approve Resolution No. 260, motion carried 5-0. B. COUNTY REFERRAL CASE N0. GPA-80 Consideration of Proposed General Plan Amendments referred to the City. Staff Recommendation: By Minute Motion, direct the Secretary to forward a recommendation to the City Council that they notify the Coun}y Board of Supervisors that Palm Desert has no comments on either the G.P.A. or related EIR.
