Staff Recommendation: Approve Case No. DP 01-79 (Amend , by adopting Planning Commission Resolution No. 5p7 , subject to conditions. Action: On a motion by Commissioner Berkey, seconded by Commissioner Krydez , Case No. DP O1-79 (Amendment) was approved by Planning Commission Resolution No. 507 with Condition #2 amended; carried unanimously (4-0) .
