Request for approval of a Tentative Tract Map to divide
approximately 1.25 Acres into 5 lots within the R-1, 10 , 000

between Beverly Drive and Highway 74.
Staff Recommendation: Recommend to the City Council approval
of Terrtative Tract Map No. 14645, subject to conditions , by

Request for approval of an amendment to a previously approved

additional restaurant area and reduce commercial area in the

corner of State Highway 111 and 44th Avenue.
