HAHN, INC. , Applicant Request for approval of a Variance to the Zoning Ordinance to increase the height of Parking Lot light standards from ten (10) feet to twenty-five (25) feet within the PC-3, S.P. Staff Recommendation: Recommend approval to the City Council of Tentative Tract Map No. 14997, by adopting Planning Commission Resolution No, , subject to conditions. Case No. TT 15634 - SAN CLEMENTE GROUP DEVELOPMENT CORP. , Applicant Request for approval of a Tentative Tract Map for 9 lots to allow construction of 51 condominium units on approximately 10.5 acres within the PR-7, S.P. (Planned Residential , 7 d.u,/ac. , Scenic Preservation Overlay) zone generally located on the south side of Parkview Drive, west of Fairhaven Drive. Staff Recommendation: Recorr�nend approual to the Gity Council of Tentatiue Tract Map No. 15634, by adopting Planning Commission Resolution No. , subject to conditions. Case No. CUP 03-75 (Amendment) - PORTOLA DEL SOL OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, Applicant Request for approval of an Amendment to a Conditional Use Permit to allow construction of two (2) Tennis Courts and one Jacuzzi within the common recreation area of Portola Del Sol Condominium Development located on the east side of Portola Avenue, at Catalina Waye Staff Recommendation: Approve Amendment of CUP 03-75, by adopting Planning Commission Resolu- tion No. , subject to conditions deemed appropriate. Action: Approved by adoption of Planning Commission Resolution No. 562, with requested attachments. F. Case No. CUP 15-78 - E. GEORGE MARZICOLA, Applicant Request for a one year extension of time for a Conditional Use Permit to create a 42 lot Industrial Planned Unit Development on approximately 34.7 acres within the S.I. , SeP. (Service Industrial , Scenic Preserva- tion Overlay) zone located at the southeast corner of Cook Street and Hovley Lane. Staff Recommendation: Approve a one year extension of time for CUP 15-78, by adopting Planning Commission Resolution No. Action: Approved by adoption of Planning Commission Resolution No. 563, as submitted. G. Case No. CUP 17-78 - CITY OF PALM DESERT, CALIFORNIA, Applicant Request for a one year extension of time for a Conditional Use Permit to allow construction of a Fire Station on approximately 1,10 acres within the PR-7 (Planned Residential , 7 d.u./ac, ) zone located at the northwesterly corner of the intersection of Mesa View Drive (Extended) and Portola Avenue. Staff Recommendation: Approve the actions of the Design Review Board by adopting Planning Commission Resolution No. Action: Approved by adoption of Planning Commission Resolution No. 565. X.
