WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS - NONE VI. PUBLIC HEARINGS - NONE VII. OLD BUSINESS - NONE VIII. NEW BUSINESS A. Approved Case No. DP 01-78, PDR ASSOCIATES, Applicant, (Represented by: Ballew-McFarland) Determination of permitted uses, and interpretation of a condition. Staff Recommendation: By Minute Motion: A. Make a finding relative to the proposed uses for the project; and B. Determine whether the project may be phased, or whether the project should be completed in its entirety before occupancy is granted. Action: By minute motion a list of acceptable uses was determined; and, a condition of approval interpretation was established. IX. DESIGN REVIEW BOARD ITEMS Consideration of cases acted on by the Design Review Board at their meeting of February 12, 1980. Staff Recommendation: Review the actions of the Board to determine acceptability; confirm accepta- ble actions by adoption of Planning Commission Resolution No. Action: Acceptability of cases acted on by the Design Reveiw Board was confirmed by adoption of Planning Commission Resolution No. 573, as amended.
