Case No. DP 09-80 - CHACAHUALA, LTD. , Applicant Request for approval of a Development Plan to allow the construction of a 117 unit condominium development on approximately 38 acres within the PR-3 (Planned Residential , maximum density 3 d.u./ac. ) zone general1y located at the southeast corner of Homestead Road and Alamo Drive. Staff Recommendation: Continue matter until Flood Hazard Report is prepared and the proposed drainage system is fully evaluated. At this time, a Public Hearing will be scheduled and renoticed. Action: Approved by adoption of Planning Commission Resolution No. 621. E. Case No. DP 08-79 and 178 MF - TRANSCOPIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, Applicant Request for approval of a twelve month time extension of an approved Development Plan and Preliminary Design Review Case to allow construction of sixty (60) apartments and associated recreational amenities on approximately 10.87 acres within the PR-5 (Planned Residential , max. density 5 d.u./ac. ) zone located on the east side of Portola Avenue, south of the Whitewater Storm Channel . Staff Recommendation: Consideration be continued until the General Plan Update has been concluded. Action: Approved by adoption of Planning Commission Resolution No. 622, subject to condition. F. Case No. CUP 09-80 - MARCO POLO MOBILE VILLAGE, Applicant Request for approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow continued use of a 144 space mobi1e park located on 18.8 acres of which 3.7 acres are to be further developed, increasing capacity to 166 spaces, within the R-M (Mobile Home) zone located on the west side of Portola Avenue south of the Whitewater Storm Channel . Staff Recommendation: Consideration be continued until the General P an Up ate as been concluded. Action: Continued for an indefinite time. G. Case Nos. DP 12-79, CUP 06-79 and 120 C (Amendments) - ERNEST W. HAHN, TNC. , Applicant Request for approval of a six month time extension of an approved project, exception from ordinance standards for perimeter treat- ment, and approval of plan Amendments to allow the construction of a Regional Shopping Center, associated parking and fire facilities on approximately 64 acres within the PC (3) , S.P. (Regional Planned Commercial , Scenic Preservation Overlay) zone and R-3 (9) , S.P. (Multi-fami1y Residentia1 , max. 1 d.u./9000 sq. ft. ) zone, bounded generally by Sta�e Hwy 111 on the south, Rancho Grande on the north, Monterey Avenue on the east and the northerly extension of E1 Paseo on the west. Staff Recommendation: Modified approval of the requested amendments to C.ase Nos. DP 12-79, CUP 06-79 and 120 C, subject to conditions with incorporation of the Traffic Consultant's recommendations for the on-site circulation design. St�ff Recommendation: Review the actions of the Board to determine acceptability; confirm acceptable actions by Resolution. Action: Confirmed actions by adoption of Planning Commission Resolution No. 624. X.
