A. Case Nos. CZ 02-81 , DP 02-81 , DP 03-81 , TT 15633, 15640 and
PM 17474 - SUNRISE COMPANY and Engineering Service Corporation,
Applicants.
Request for approval of a Change of Zone, two (2) Tentative Tract
Maps, a Parcel P�1ap and two (2) Development Plans, to allow
construction of a 1 ,650 dwelling unit residential project and
Administrative Office, on property located at the southeast and
southwest corners of Cook Street and Country Club Drive.
Staff Recommendation: Continue all cases to April 15, 1981 .
Action: Cases continued to the meeting of April 15, 19�1 .
B. Case No. PM 17452 - ARLE CORPORATION (CHARLES GIBBS) , Applicant.
Request for approval of a Tentative Parcel Map, to allow the
creation of industrial lots within the S.I . , S.P. (Service Industrial
Scenic Preservation Overlay) and O.S. (Open Space) zone, located
at the southwest corner of Hovley Lane and Cook Street.
Staff Recommendation: Continue action of Parcel Map 17452, to May
5th, 1981 .
Action: Case continued to the meeting of May 5, 1981 .
C. Case No. CUP 02-81 - ROBIN SHOU, Applicant.
Request for approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow the
operation of an electronic games arcade in a 1 ,000 square foot
building within the C-1 , S.P. (General Commercial , Scenic Preser-
vation Overlay) zone, located at 73-180 Highway 111 .
Staff Recommendation: Staff recommends denial of the Conditional Use
Pernii t.
Action: Case continued to April 15, 1981 .

Request for approval of a one year time extension of a Development
Plan and related Design Review case to allow a 156 unit development
with related recreational amenities and open space on approximately
34.06 gross acres located at the northeast corner of Hovley Lane
and Cook Street in the PR-5, S.P. (Planned Residential , max. 5 d.u./
ac. , Scenic Preservation Overlay) zone District.
Staff Recommendation: Recommend approval to City Council , of a
one year time extension for implementation of Case Nos. DP 04-80
and 204 f�IF, subject to original conditions contained in Planning
Commission Resolution No. 587.
Action: Time extension a�as approved by Resolution No. 694.

Staff Recommendation: Review revised General Plan, and submit

Action: Continued to April 15th, to allow staff to present
additional information on options.
