Request for approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction of a 14,844 sq.ft. private racquetball and health club on approximately 1 .1 acres in the R-3 (4) (Multifamily Residential ) zone, located at the northeast corner of Alessandro Drive and San Carlos Avenue. Staff Recommendation: Approve CUP 03-81 Action: Unanimously approved by adoption of Planning Commission —�esolution No. 705, subject to conditions. B. Request for approval of a Tentative Tract Map to create a one lot subdivision for commercial condominium purposes for a proposed 10,750 sq.ft. commercial complex in the C-1 (General Commercial ) zone, located on the south side of E1 Paseo, 280 feet west of Sage Lane. Staff Recommendation: Recommend to the City Council that it approve TT 17725. Action: Unanimously apprfl ved by adoption of Planning Commission Resolution No. 708, subject to conditions. D. Case Nos. Request for approval of a 12 month Time Extension of an approved Development Plan and related Design Review case, to allow construction of 282 single family and duplex units and associated recreational facilities and a public park dedication, on approximately 70.3 acres, in the PR-4, S.P. (Planned Residential 4 d.u./acre, Scenic Preservation Overlay) zone, located at the northwest corner of 44th Avenue and San Pascual Avenue. Staff Recommendation: Approve a one year Time Extension of Case Nos. DP 05-80 and 207 MF. Action: Approved time extension by adoption of Planning Commission Resolution No. 709, subject to original conditions. E. Case No. DP 02-80 - DAVID MOSS, T&D IPJVESTMENTS and WAGNER-STANFORD CONSULTANTS, Applicants. Request for a 12 month Time Extension of an approved Residential Development Plan to allow the construction of 24 condominium units on 5 acres within the PR-5 (Planned Residential maximum density 5 d.u./ac. ) zone, located on the south side of Hovley Lane approxi- mately 1 ,700 feet east of Monterey Avenue. Staff Recommendation: Approve a one year Time Extension for DP 02-80. Action: Approved time extension by adoption of Planning Commission Resolution No. 710, subject to original conditions. F. Case No. PM 17452 - ARLE CORP. (CHARLES GIBBS) and RON MARTIN and �SSO�IAitS, �p�licants. Request for approval of a Tentative Parcel Map, to allow the creation of industrial lots within the S. I. , S.P. (Service Industrial , Scenic Preservation Overlay) and O.S. (Open Space) zone, located at the south- west corner of Hovley Lane and Cook Street. Staff Recommendation: Continue Case No. PM 17452 to the meeting of May 20, 1981 , in order to allow submission of revised exhibits.
