Preliminary plan approvals by the Design Review Board at their meeting of
May 26, 1981, requiring Planning Commission confirmation.

Action: Moved by Kryder , seconded by Richards , to
waive further reading and adopt Planning Commission Resolution
No. 720 , a Resolution of the Planning Commission of the City
of Palm Desert approving Case No. 147 C.
Appeal of DRB denial of Case No. 145 C - CROCKER BANK
Action: By Minute Motion referred back to Design Review Board.
