A. DP 10-79 - MACK DEVELOPMENT - Request for a one year time extension for Development Plan for 116 unit condominium project in PR-5 zone on south side of Country Club Drive, east of Monterey Avenue. (one year time extension granted Sept. 17, 1980). Rec: Approve one year time extension. Action: Approved one year time extension. VII. PUBLIC HEARINGS A. Case No. CUP 09-80 - PALM DESERT MOBILE ESTATES c/o HOUSLEY ASSOCIATES, Applicants Request for approval of a Conditional Use Permit and Associated Variance to allow 24 additional mobile home spaces in an exist- ting 144 space rental park on 18.8 acres in the R-1-M zone (Conventional Single Family/Mobile Home Residential Dist) on the west side of Portola Avenue, south of the Whitewater Storm Channel . 1. Moved by Richards , seconded by Wood , to waive further reading and adopt Planning Commission Resolution No. 742 , a Resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of Palm Desert, California, approving a Conditional Use Permit to allow additional spaces to be added to an existing mobile home park in the R-1-M zone on property located on the west side of Portola Avenue, south of the Whitewater Storm Channel . Case No. ZOA 10-81 - PRECISE PLAN ORDINANCE FOR CITY OF PALM DESERT, Applicant Consideration of an amendment to the Palm Desert Zoning Ordinance creating Section 27.73 establishing Precise Plan requirements and procedures for all construction other than single family dwellings. 1. Case No. ZOA 11-81 - OFFICE PROFESSIONAL ZONE ORDINANCE FOR CITY OF PALM DESERT, Applicant Consideration of an amendment to the Palm Desert Zoning Ordinance creating Section 25.25 establishing an Office Professional District. 1. Commission Comments Action: Moved by Richards , seconded by Kryder , to waive further reading and adopt Planning Commission Resolution No. 744 , a Resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of Palm Desert, California, recommending that the City Council approve amendment to the Municipal Code establishing an Office Professional Zone and regulations. Case No. 225 MF - SAN CLEMENTE GROUP DEVELOPMENT Action: Moved by Richards , seconded by Wood , to waive further reading and adopt Planning Commission Resolution No. 745 , a Resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of Palm Desert, approving Case No. 225 MF. IX. MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS - NONE X. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS Mr. Ortega, Assistant City Manager, gave a brief presentation on the money allocated by the County Housing and Community Development for Community services which would benefit moderate income residents.
