GOODMAN AND ASSOCIATES, Applicants Request for approval of a Negative Declaration of Environmental Impact and a precise plan of design to allow construction of a 5000 square foot commercial building in the C-1, S.P. zone on the north side of Highway 111, 400 feet east of Cabrillo Avenue.
