the required lot area from 8000 square feet to
6420 square feet and to reduce the required lot
width from a minimum 70 feet to a minimum 60 feet

existing 12840 square foot lot located at the
southwest corner of El Cortez Way and Santa Ynez

to allow construction of a 117 bed convalescent,
non-ambulatory skilled nursing facility and a
210 bed "residential group home" for the elderly
on 10 acres in the PR-5 zone at Country Club and
Cook Street.
