Case No. PM 23058 - PALM DESERT VILLAS, INC., Applicant Request for approval of a two lot parcel map for financing purposes for a 113 unit senior housing project on 7.2 acres located on the south side of Country Club Drive, 1600 feet east of Monterey Avenue.
