Request for approval of a conditional use
permit and certification of the draft
environmental impact report pertaining
thereto, for construction of civic center
ballfields and corporate yard on the
northerly vacant third of 72 acres
acquired by Palm Desert for development
of a civic center park. The project
involves the development of four lighted
ballfields, a corporate yard, concession
stand, restrooms, parking, and other
recreation facilities.
