Case No. PP 95-4 - INVESTMENT PROPERTIES GROUP, Applicant Request for approval of a precise plan to allow construction of a four-building industrial complex totalling 27 , 332 square feet on four parcels totaling 89,219 square feet. The subject properties are located at 77-550 and 77- 650 Enfield Lane, approximately 350 feet west of Garand Lane in the Service Industrial zone.
