Purpose of said prezoning is to facilitate annexation of site to the city. C/Z 95-6, TT 28295, and PP 95-10 - FOXX DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, Applicant This matter was before Planning Commission December 15, 1995 and February 20, 1996 at which time the case was continued to a date uncertain.
