for 270 +/- acres generally located south of Interstate 10, east and
west of Cook Street.

B. Case No. PP 96-13 - ROBERT KAUFMAN/CARDIFF LIMOUSINE, Applicant
Request for approval of a Negative Declaration of Environmental Impact
and a Precise Plan of Design to allow the construction of a 7,490
square foot warehouse building for storage and light maintenance of
limousine vehicles on property located at 75-255 Sheryl Drive.
