Case No. PP 97-4 - GUY EVANS, Applicant Request for approval of a Negative Declaration of Environmental Impact and a precise plan to allow the construction of a 9,144 square foot warehouse building located at 75-165 Sheryl Drive. Recommended Action: Moved by , seconded by , approving the findings as presented by staff. Moved by , seconded by , adopting Planning Commission Resolution No. , approving PP 97-4, subject to conditions. B. Case No. C/Z 97-5 - PALM SPRINGS BEVERLY ROAD ASSOCIATES, Applicant Request for approval of a change of zone to apply the Freeway Commercial Overlay Zone to one of the remaining vacant pads at the Lucky Center at the southwest corner of Washington Street and 42nd Avenue (Hovley Lane East) in order to permit a Jack in the Box restaurant with drive-thru facility.
