Case No. C/Z 90-12 Amendment No. 1 Development Agreement - CREST PARTNERS (MILLER RICHARDS PARTNERSHIP), Applicants Request for approval of pre-annexation zoning of 640 acres north of the "Cahuilla Hills" area and 55 acres across the Palm Valley Channel from the "Sommerset" condominiums to Planned Community/Hillside Planned Residential with a development agreement for a project known as "The Crest" consisting of 151 homesites on 695 acres (410 acres to be dedicated as open space►.
