Case No. CUP 01-82 AMENDMENT NO. 4 - FOUNDATION FOR THE RETARDED OF THE DESERT, Applicant Request for approval of an amendment to a conditional use permit to allow construction of a 25,744 square foot office/warehouse addition in the Public/Institution (P) zone at Foundation for the Retarded of the Desert at 73-255 Country Club Drive.
