TPM 28630 and ADJ 97-8 - PALM DESERT REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, Applicant Request for approval of a Tentative Parcel Map to subdivide a 28,400 square foot parcel into two, each 13,068 square feet. Request includes an Adjustment of 932 square feet to permit (2) 13,068 square foot lots in the R-1 14,000 zone. Property is located on the southeast corner of De Anza Way and San Pascual Avenue. REQUEST BY COACHELLA VALLEY WATER DISTRICT FOR DETERMINATION OF CONSISTENCY WITH THE PALM DESERT GENERAL PLAN FOR FUTURE CVWD PROJECTS IN PALM DESERT.
