GPA 98-2, C/Z 98-2 and PM 28780 - MAINIERO, SMITH & ASSOCIATES, Applicant Request for approval of a General Plan Amendment from Low Density Residential to Commercial-Industrial; a Zone Change from PR-5 (Planned Residential) to PC12) (District Commercial Center) and a Parcel Map to separate the proposed commercial parcel from the residential portion for property located at the northwest corner of Gerald Ford Drive and Portola Avenue.
