Case No. CUP 99-8 - CAESAR'S EMPEROR, Applicant Request for approval of a conditional use permit for a 10,000 square foot restaurant and, after 9:00 p.m., a bar, lounge and nightclub with dancing including live music and disc jockeys in the building located at 72-600 Dinah Shore Drive. Case No. TT 29469 - BAXLEY PROPERTIES, Applicant Request for approval of a tentative tract map to subdivide 4.23 acres into 15 single family lots located on the north side of Frank Sinatra Drive 630 feet west of Portola Avenue.
