Case No. PMW 01-14 - RUSSELL & CHERYLE CLARK and AVONDALE GOLF CLUB, INC., Applicants Request for approval of a parcel map waiver to remove a pie-shaped piece from the rear of Lot 49 of Tract 4018 and add a pie-shaped piece to the easterly side of Lot 49 on Tandika Trail in Avondale Country Club. C. Case No. PMW 01-17 - DR.
