Request for approval of a Negative Declaration of Environmental
Impact and a precise plan to demolish an existing building located
at the northwest corner of EI Paseo and San Pablo and construct
a two-story 19,300 square foot retail/office building; remodel the
existing building located at the northeast corner of EI Paseo and
Lupine Lane with a 1 ,400 square foot addition at the east end of
the building; construct a new 7,000 square foot restaurant
fronting on Highway 1 1 1 ; and remodel the north elevation of the
OfficeMax building.
