Case No. PP 01-08 - PREST/VUKSIC ARCHITECTS FOR KLAFF REALTY, Applicant (Continued from July 17 and August 21 , 2001) Request for approval of a Negative Declaration of Environmental Impact and a precise plan to demolish an existing building located at the northwest corner of El Paseo and San Pablo and construct a two-story 19,300 square foot retail/office building; remodel the existing building located at the northeast corner of El Paseo and Lupine Lane with a 1 ,400 square foot addition at the east end of the building; construct a new 7,000 square foot restaurant fronting on Highway 1 1 1 ; and remodel the north elevation of the OfficeMax building.
