A. Case No. PP 01-13 - CARL VOCE, Applicant and GORDON STEIN,
Appellant
Request for consideration of interpretation/amendment of
conditions of approval for a project by Carl Voce (a three-
building office complex 34,760 square feet on a 96,00
square foot site) on the north side of Alessandro between
San Pascual and San Juan at 73-720 Alessandro.
Recommended Action:

Resolution No. , amending Condition No. 1 1 of Resolution No. 2083
to: "That the landscaping at the northeast corner of the site where the
north driveway was eliminated pursuant to Public Works Condition No.
4 be revised to reduce the view impacts into the site. Specifically, the
landscape plan shall be consistent with Exhibit A (attached to the draft
resolution) and provide a minimum of four 24-inch box trees in the
planter adjacent to San Juan and a minimum four (4) foot high wall to
match the wail on the north property line. Said wall to run from the north
property line to the area where the landscaping terminates at the access
driveway a distance of approximately 67 feet."

construct a four-unit apartment complex consisting of two
one-story buildings located at 44-460 San Rafael Avenue,
and approval of an adjustment to allow a 21-foot portion of
a building wall to encroach up to 10 feet into a minimum
rear yard setback of 20 feet.
