Per Mr. Drell's direction, request for approval of a second
one-year time extension for a precise plan of design for a
64,521 square foot two-story professional office complex
located on the north side of Fred Waring Drive, 300 feet
west of Fairhaven Drive at 72-600 Fred Waring Drive.
