Case No. TT 31490 - PONDEROSA HOMES II, INC., Applicant Request for approval of a Negative Declaration of Environmental Impact, a tentative tract map to subdivide 81 .45 acres into 237 single family lots, and modified setbacks for dwellings on 237 lots. Property is located at the northwest corner of Portola Avenue and Gerald Ford Drive, 74-000 Gerald Ford Drive.
